At the beginning of this course, many people may have associated intercultural communication mainly with language differences or international interaction.
After completing this course, how would YOU define an effective intercultural communicator?
In your response:
- Describe qualities, attitudes, or communication strategies you consider important
- Explain how intercultural communication involves more than simply “speaking correctly”
- Discuss the role of empathy, reflection, listening, adaptation, or context
- Include one course concept that influenced your thinking most strongly
You may write formally or conversationally, but support your ideas with examples or reflections whenever possible.
