Assignment: 3-Minute Recorded Presentation Record a 3-minute spoken presentation on ONE of the following: 1. A topic from your field of study that you find genuinely interesting 2. A solution to a challenge you identified in Week 1 (e.g., time management, academic reading) 3. Your view on whether AI tools should be used in academic writing — and why  Your presentation must include: •    A clear introduction: greet your audience, state your topic, and preview your main points •    Two main points, each with a supporting example or reason •    A conclusion: summarize and leave the audience with a final thought •    At least three signposting phrases (e.g., 'First...', 'Moving on to...', 'To conclude...')  Record using your phone, laptop camera, or a free tool such as Loom (loom.com). Upload the video file or share the link via the Moodle assignment. After submitting, complete the self-evaluation form below to reflect on your own performance. |
