- and immediate feedback.
As a result, short or unclear messages may easily be interpreted differently.

- What are some possible meanings of this message?
- Why might different people interpret it differently?
- What contextual information is missing?
- How could the message be rewritten to reduce ambiguity?
Then think about a digital misunderstanding you have experienced or observed.
Describe:
- what happened,
- why misunderstanding occurred,
- and how clearer communication could have helped.
