Objective: Practice expressing personal preferences in English.

Instructions for Students:

Post Your Response: Write a short paragraph (3-5 sentences) about your favorite activity. It could be a hobby, a sport, a type of music, a favorite food, or anything you enjoy! Be sure to explain why you like this activity, using words like because, love, enjoy, or prefer. For example:

"My favorite activity is cooking because I enjoy trying new recipes and sharing meals with friends. I also love the creativity involved in making a delicious dish!"
Reply to Classmates: After posting your response, read at least two other posts from classmates. In each reply, mention something you found interesting or similar to your own preferences. Then, share whether you’d like to try their favorite activity or why it sounds appealing. For example:

"I also enjoy cooking! I've never tried baking bread, but it sounds fun. Thanks for sharing, [Classmate's Name]!"
Use Key Phrases: Practice using key phrases for expressing preferences. Here are some examples you can use:
- I really enjoy...
- I prefer... over...
- I would rather... than...
- I love doing... because...
