Activity Title: "Favorite Story Forum Discussion"
Objective:
To encourage students to share their favorite stories, develop written communication skills, and practice expressing opinions in English.
Instructions for Learners:

Read and Reflect: Think of a story you’ve read or heard that you enjoyed the most. It could be a story from a book, a movie, a personal experience, or even a tale from your culture.

Post in the Forum:
- Write a short paragraph (50-100 words) about your favorite story. Include:
- The title or type of story (e.g., book, movie, folklore).
- A brief summary (just 2-3 sentences) describing what the story is about.
- Why it’s your favorite story: What do you enjoy most about it? (e.g., the characters, the lesson it teaches, the exciting plot)
- Write a short paragraph (50-100 words) about your favorite story. Include:

Respond to Two Classmates:
- Read at least two classmates’ posts.
- Reply with a friendly comment or question. For example:
- “That story sounds fascinating! What did you think about the main character?”
- “I’ve heard of that story! Do you think it has a special message?”
Language Focus:
- Vocabulary: Descriptive adjectives (exciting, inspiring, heartfelt), personal preferences (I enjoy, I love, it’s interesting because…).
- Grammar: Using present tense for describing stories, past tense for personal experiences related to the story.
Example Post:
"My favorite story is Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. It’s about a young boy who discovers he’s a wizard and goes to a magical school. I love this story because of the friendship between Harry, Ron, and Hermione and the mystery surrounding the school. I find the world of magic very fascinating!"
Assessment:
Participation points will be given for:
- Posting about your favorite story.
- Engaging meaningfully with at least two classmates.
