Business English ESOL 7-Week Course Overview

Course Description:

This 7-week Business English course is designed to equip learners with the essential language skills needed to succeed in professional business environments. Through a variety of interactive activities and real-world scenarios, students will develop their vocabulary, listening comprehension, speaking fluency, reading skills, and writing abilities.

Course Objectives:

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand and use essential business vocabulary and terminology.

• Effectively communicate in various business contexts, including meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Interpret and respond to business correspondence, such as emails, reports, and contracts.

• Apply grammar and sentence structure accurately in professional writing and speaking.

Course Format:

The course will be delivered in a blended learning format, combining in-class instruction with online activities and resources. A Moodle platform will be used to facilitate communication, assignments, and collaboration among students and the instructor.
